REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and payment has cleared, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
 
In rare and exceptional cases, a full or partial refund may be granted solely at the discretion of Inter Equity Trading. Such exceptions will only be considered in cases involving verified technical errors or duplicate charges — not dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, or disagreement with course content, structure, or instructors.

By purchasing any Inter Equity Trading product or service, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the description of the course, program, or membership prior to purchase.

• You understand that results may vary based on your individual comprehension, effort, and application of the material.

• You agree that lack of understanding, confusion, disagreement with teaching style, or preference for a specific instructor does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Educational content is subject to updates and changes in instructor presentation without notice.

DISPUTE POLICY
 
Users who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank or payment provider will be permanently banned from the Inter Equity Trading platform and all affiliated communities.
 
Inter Equity Trading reserves the right to submit documentation and evidence to the payment provider to demonstrate that:

• The user accessed, viewed, or downloaded course material;

• The user agreed to the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase;

• The claim or dispute is invalid under the stated policy.

Fraudulent or baseless chargebacks may result in further legal or financial action to recover losses incurred.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Refund Policy before purchasing.

Subscription Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their own subscriptions before the next billing cycle. Inter Equity Trading does not process cancellations on behalf of users. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic charges, which are non-refundable under this policy.
